Blaenavon based RWA e-Learning will be relaunching their online learning & assessment platform for insurance brokers from Monday 11th
May under a new service agreement with the UK’s largest general insurer, Aviva.
Under this new long term agreement, RWA will now take over all aspects of the management and delivery of the Aviva Development Zone which will lead to the creation of new jobs for the firm in Blaenavon.
The Aviva Development Zone provides online learning and assessment to thousands of insurance brokers around the UK and this new agreement with RWA will see the platform expand into delivering business skills e-learning to businesses across different sectors within the next 12 months.
CEO of RWA e-Learning, Tom Wood, says, “We’ve been working closely with Aviva for over 5 years now and this new development is the result of a lot of dedication by the team who have shown that through hard work, innovation and delivering a quality service to our customers we can bring these valued contracts into Wales. The new Aviva Development Zone e-learning platform that we have developed is one of the most feature rich on the market and to see that recognised by a company such as Aviva is a great pat on the back for the hard work we have achieved.”
"Winning this contract means that we expect to hire more staff in the areas of e-learning design, sales and administration within our Blaenavon office, which is great news for the local economy. Our plan over the next 5 years is to continue to produce quality business learning content & e-learning tools as well as to continue expanding our reach overseas.”
Aviva and RWA are jointly launching the new Development Zone at next week’s BIBA Conference in Manchester, the industry conference for the UK insurance market.
