Social media analytics firm Blurrt has launched an online £500,000 fund raising round to support further growth according to an article at Wales Online.
The Cwmbran-based firm is seeking to raise equity finance through the Seedrs crowdfunding platform, in return for a 25% stake in the business which has a pre-money raising valuation of £1.5m.
So far its Seedrs campaign has already raised £256,000. The investment window is open for 60 days.
The company will the use the finance to a recruit a dedicated sales team and invest in PR and marketing, as well as continuing to develop its technology. It is also looking to move into international markets.
It currently employs eight at its offices in Cwmbran and London, but it is recruiting for up to four new members of staff.
