Sigma Systems receives UK Best Companies Accreditation 2016

A global software solutions company, with a base in Cwmbran, has been recognised for its employee engagement with a national award.

Sigma Systems, which has offices across the world, including a 44-strong team at the Springboard Business Innovation Centre in Cwmbran, has been awarded the 2016 UK Best Companies One Star Accreditation, a yearly survey measuring levels of workplace engagement across the country.

The company was previously recognized with UK Best Companies “One to Watch” status in 2015.

The 15th annual ranking of Britain’s motivated workforces measures employee engagement across eight distinct factors including leadership and personal growth opportunities. All scores and ratings are derived from confidential employee surveys that serve to present a candid view of workplace engagement and wellbeing.

Jocelyn Bryce, Vice President of Human Resources at Sigma Systems, said: “We are thrilled that Sigma has achieved significant improvements across all 8 areas, especially those around team spirit and compensation.

“Gaining this accreditation positions Sigma alongside the UK’s best employers as we continue to recruit and retain top industry talent, and maintain our commitment to being a fantastic company to work for.

“Employee engagement remains at the forefront of the leadership team’s priorities,” said Tim Spencer, President and CEO, Sigma Systems. “This award showcases Sigma’s ongoing commitment to being an employer of choice both in the UK and globally.”
