Taking place between 9:30am and 1pm on Monday 21st May, this workshop is tailored for the hospitality sector including pubs, restaurants, cafes and visitor attractions that want to learn more about how to source, serve and sell welsh produce. It will address sourcing local food and drink, how to improve the customer’s experience and develop menus focusing on promoting Welsh food and drink. The optional afternoon workshop is a practical session aimed at developing and writing a for your specific establishment.
