Torfaen Business Voice, a successful business networking club in south wales with over 65 members, recently held its first virtual networking meeting. Over 20 people took advantage of the opportunity to not only showcase their businesses and organisations during a round of virtual networking, but also to share their business experiences during the COVID-19 crisis.
Chair of Torfaen Business Voice, Ashley Harkus, Managing Partner at Everett Tomlin Lloyd and Pratt Solicitors said “This was the first time we had undertaken this way of networking and I am pleased to say it was a great way of keeping in touch with our members and shows how we, as a club, are able to adapt to the needs of businesses at the moment. We learnt a great deal from each other. Being able to talk about how businesses are coping and adapting in innovative ways along with their plans on how to emerge from the current situation was invaluable. I am looking forward to the next one.”
