Acas: New advice on hybrid working

Hybrid working is a type of flexible working where staff split their time between working remotely and in their employer’s workplace.

This new advice helps employers consider whether hybrid working could be an option and how to fairly introduce. It includes tips for on how to:

  • consult widely with staff to discuss practical considerations around introducing it
  • consider whether it would work for certain roles and is suitable for their organisation
  • create a hybrid working policy
  • handle staff requests for hybrid working
