Simmons & Simmons has launched a new fund to support UK green tech start-ups who seek to utilise technology to restore environmental balance and biodiversity, and to tackle climate change.
The GreenTech fund will award a share of £100,000 worth of legal advice from across the firm’s network to four emerging climatech and cleantech organisations for innovative solutions that attempt to halt and reverse the climate crisis. Support will be tailored to the specific needs of each organisation. The initiative is delivered in collaboration with a number of investors, accelerators and incubators who have a particular focus on sustainability.
The deadline for applications is the 31st December 2021.
