Flexible Innovation Support

The Welsh Government is building a stronger, fairer, greener country, with an economy based on fair work, sustainability and the sectors of the future.

It supports demand-driven Research, Development and Innovation and effective collaborations that deliver real benefits for people and the environment.

Circular Economy Funding

Aligned with the Innovation Strategy, Circular Economy Funds are available to organisations through their planned innovation activities.

Supports investment to increase the use of recycled and re-used content in products or components or to extend the lifetime of products/materials
Circular Economy activities will be supported via the Circular Economy Fund and any complimentary innovation activities will be supported via the SMART Flexible Innovation Support

Supporting your Export Journey

The aim of the Overseas Business Development Visit Support is to provide support and assistance to companies (SME and large) to carry out international trade development activities and projects. It can only support activities that cannot be supported by other sources of public money (e.g. trade missions, delegations to exhibitions).

Torfaen Productivity Enhancement Programme for Torfaen manufacturers

This programme of support, aimed at manufacturers, includes funding for capital expenditure in new technologies and helps businesses move to the next level.
