Springboard Business Innovation Centre ~ Wales is located in Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran, South Wales, just 4 minutes from the M4 motorway (download a location map here). The Innovation Centre provides incubation space for young science and technology businesses and offers flexible modern office suites with direct access to a range of specialist business support services.
The Springboard building is a high quality three storey development incorporating 35 incubation suites, reception, management suite and modern breakout areas.
Springboard is a joint venture between Torfaen County Borough Council and the Welsh Government with support from European Objective One funding. Springboard is based on a pure incubation model providing time limited space to high growth companies in the knowledge base sectors.
Business suites range from 20 sq. metres (210 sq. ft.) to 105 sq. metres (1,126 sq. ft.) are available on easy-in, easy-out terms. In addition, Springboard can provide warm desk facilities and offers touchdown incubation services to companies looking to enter the Welsh, UK or European market.

Springboard has 35 business suites varying in size from 20 sq. metres (210 sq. ft.) to 105 sq. metres (1,126 sq. ft.). Each suite has lockable access, double glazed windows, censored lighting, central heating, security alarm and fitted carpets.
The business suites are offered on a 12 month tenancy agreement incorporating easy-in, easy-out terms.
The E-Pod facility provides individuals with a dedicated workstation in a shared office environment. Each workstation comes with a telephone line, telephone handset and broadband connection.
